Clean Water Depends on
Dependable Systems

XinShengDa combines computer systems design and computer integrated systems design with deep expertise in water purification materials. We build the control systems, the data infrastructure, and the filtration media that keep treatment plants, industrial lines, and municipal networks running safely, efficiently, and without interruption. From the first site assessment to the final commissioning test, our engineers keep quality and traceability at the centre of every decision we make.

Clean water is the foundation of healthy communities, and dependable systems are the foundation of clean water — that is the work we do every day.

Gravel Support bed and even flow distribution
Sand Removes suspended particles and turbidity
Carbon Adsorbs organic compounds, taste, and odor
Fine Media Polishing layer for final clarity
The Filtration Principle

Layered Media, Predictable Results

Every reliable water treatment system is built on the same principle: water moves through a series of graduated layers, and each layer removes a specific category of contaminant before the water reaches the next stage. The process begins with coarse gravel, which spreads the incoming flow evenly across the bed and prevents channeling. Next, a carefully graded sand layer captures suspended solids and reduces turbidity.

From there, an activated carbon layer adsorbs dissolved organic compounds, chlorine, taste, and odor, polishing the water at a molecular level. Finally, a fine media layer provides the last stage of clarification so that the treated water meets the strictest quality standards. Because we design both the physical media and the digital control systems that manage flow rate, backwash cycles, and pressure differentials, every stage of the process can be monitored, tuned, and automated.

This combination of materials science and systems engineering is what separates a functioning plant from a truly dependable one. We help clients select the right grain size, bed depth, and media composition for their source water, and we build the supervisory controls that keep the entire line stable over years of continuous duty.

Behind every media specification sits a complete engineering record: sieve analysis, purity assay, and batch certificate. We maintain those records so that the same specification can be reproduced exactly on the next order, on the next line, or at the next site. When clients scale from a pilot plant to full production, the transition is smooth because the media, the controls, and the documentation were designed together from the start.

The same careful layering applies to our digital work. A control system is built in graduated stages too: field instruments feed controllers, controllers feed the supervisory layer, and the supervisory layer feeds reporting and records. Each stage filters noise from signal so that the information reaching an operator is clear, timely, and actionable rather than overwhelming.

Technical Parameters

Specifications That Matter

These reference values describe the core characteristics of our standard filtration media. Every batch is sampled and documented so that plant operators can rely on consistent, repeatable performance from the first cubic meter to the last. Custom specifications are available on request, and every delivered batch includes a certificate of analysis for full traceability.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

We supply water purification media including filter sand, gravel support beds, activated carbon, and fine polishing media. Alongside these materials we deliver computer systems design and computer integrated systems design so that the control and monitoring layer of your plant is as dependable as the media itself. Whether you need a single replacement media or a full system design, we can help.
Pricing depends on grain size, purity grade, total volume, and packaging requirements. We provide a clear quotation after reviewing your specifications and destination so that logistics costs are included from the start.
Yes. We ship to municipal, industrial, and engineering clients around the world and coordinate ocean and land freight with full export documentation for every shipment. Lead times and documentation are confirmed at the quotation stage so there are no surprises.
Our production follows ISO 9001 quality management, and our media carries NSF and REACH compliance where applicable. Certificates of analysis are provided with each batch for traceability and regulatory review. We can also supply safety data sheets and third party test reports when your local regulator or project specification requires them.
Yes. We sieve and blend media to custom specifications, and our engineering team can recommend bed depth, media composition, and backwash settings for unusual source water or demanding process requirements.
We collect only the information needed to respond to enquiries and process orders, and we never sell your data. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.
